When ordering by mail or fax, to ensure the most accurate and quickest delivery of your order, please include a daytime phone number so we may contact you with any order details. We accept personal or company checks, however, there is a waiting period for check clearance before shipping.  No C.O.D. Shipments. 2 Day shipping via FedEx Express.

Charges are for the continental USA only. All international orders require shipping, insurance and any duties to be added to your order before shipping.

Return Policy

Items purchased and returned within 14 days from the date of receipt with the complete shipping invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective items returned within 14 days. Defective items may be returned for warranty replacement within 30 days from the original ship date.  Freight and handling charges are not refundable for non-defective items.  Any return must comply with the return procedure set forth below.

Returns Procedure

Contact us at and specifically email us in detail the problems of the item in question. We will then reply back with a Return Authorization (RMA) number with procedures and details about your return process. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. There is a 20% RE-STOCKING charge on all returns, whether opened or unopened. The 20% RE-STOCKING charge will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. The 20% is only on opened products and products that are not defective. Defective Returns will be replaced with same model. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We will refund shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise only.
